Payment

1. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal or prepayment (bank payment of postal payment). All personal
details are encrypted and your credit card details won’t be passed on. Payment must be received within 10 days of the order
unless agreed otherwise.

2. Arrears
If the purchaser fails to comply with his debt settlement after another 10-day grace period, the shop can claim damages and
proceed according to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The shop has the right to assign outstanding debts to
an external collection company.

3. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

4. Purchase on invoice with partial payment option (PowerPay)
With the PowerPay monthly calculation, you can settle your online purchase simply by invoice with a partial payment option.
The payment period is 20 days or at the end of each calendar month. MF Finance AG/PowerPay offers the payment method
‘Payment by invoice’ as an external payment service provider. When the purchase contract is concluded, PowerPay accepts the
resulting invoice and handles the relevant payment procedures. If you buy on account, you also accept our terms and
conditions and those of PowerPay (powerpay.ch/AGB).
You will receive the monthly statement by post in the next month. For partial payment, at least 10% of the open invoice
amount is payable per month. In this way, you can easily decide how many payments you want to settle the bill.
Please note that there is an administration fee of 2.90 Swiss francs per invoice.
Under the terms of this agreement, MF Finance AG/PowerPay grants you a consumer loan in accordance with Art. 12 KKG,
provided that you make use of the option to participate and that there is no grounds for exclusion pursuant to Art 7 para 1
KKG.
